What is the Return Policy?
You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with Four weeks of receiving the item. However we aren't the original seller therefore you must contact and/or consult the initial sellers terms for returns individually.
Requirements to get a 100 % refund
In most instances these are the requirements to get a full refund.
- Items ought to be in new condition
- Items should be returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Media items (such as, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still inside their plastic wrap
- Musical instruments, televisions, and electronic products will need to have a UPC or serial number
- Shoes and clothing have to be unworn
3rd party Seller Returns Policies
Many sellers supply a returns policy corresponding to our own, some seller returns policies can vary. Each seller's return guarantee is available on the seller's web site. Handling and shipping charges for returning items shipped by the seller are borne via the buyer.
Items worth over must be returned towards seller with a trackable shipping service. Should the order is worth 0 or more, insure the shipment for the price of the goods and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below , we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.
Note: In case a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a means of return, you may not be eligible for a refund.
Oversized Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers
If you want to return a large or bulky item which was delivered with a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), go to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will direct you through the returns process and will request you to contact our specialized customer support team, which can schedule the pickup of the item.
Note: Please do not refuse the delivery of the item. In order to guarantee that your return and refund are processed correctly.
Cancel Pickup Request
After the UPS pickup is requested, you cannot cancel that request until following the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will always make up to three pickup attempts. After the first pickup attempt, you can call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure you have your tracking number handy.
